In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as xxx
TASKS WITH IMPACT
- You track all relevant KPIs for demand forecast and stock availability on a daily basis and translate insights into concrete action plans
- You build and manage an order volume tool, consolidate inputs from countries, and prepare decision-making documents for budget approvals
- You oversee stock lifecycle management and ensure high-quality master data as the basis for accurate reorder proposals
- You develop an integrated planning approach on SKU level, considering sell-out forecasts, stock coverage, lead times, and minimum order quantities
- You proactively manage and optimize inventory levels and initiate measures to reduce excess stock and manage delistings early
- You establish rolling forecast processes for strategic suppliers and align regularly with Purchasing and partners on volumes, timelines, and conditions
- You drive improvement projects to enhance forecasting and ordering logic, leveraging additional data sources and optimizing replenishment rules
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- You hold a degree in business, supply chain, or a comparable field, or have an equivalent qualification
- You ideally bring several years of professional experience in supply chain, demand planning, or order management
- You have very strong Excel skills and are experienced in working with reporting and business intelligence tools
- You analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions
- You structure your work independently and manage complexity and dependencies effectively
- You ensure a high level of accuracy and reliability in your work, especially when handling data and processes
- You are fluent in English; German skills are beneficial
