Tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues to define and implement optimal, complete solutions based on stakeholder needs;
- Design back-end software or customize software for client use;
- Participate in all stages of software development life cycle;
- Perform user story implementation, bug tracking, monitoring & bug fixing of scalable and highly available software components;
- Perform code reviews (merge reviews) in order to ensure quality and maintain performance of deployed solutions;
- Analyze tickets and log files;
- Identify problems and define workarounds, where possible
- Inform client about changes on the system or explain existing features of the application
Qualifications
Must have:
- Proven experience developing backend applications using Java 17 and the Spring Reactor framework;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and practical experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining cloud-based applications;
- Hands-on experience implementing event-driven architectures using Azure EventHub or Apache Kafka;
- Solid understanding of Spring Security;
- Proficiency in working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases;
- Experience managing containerized applications and orchestrating microservices using Kubernetes.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Maven;
- Experience using the Azure CLI;
- Knowledge of Docker Desktop;
- Proficiency with IntelliJ IDEA;
- Understanding of Git for version control and collaborative workflows;
- Familiarity with New Relic for application monitoring and performance analysis;
- Exposure to ArgoCD for continuous delivery and GitOps pipelines.
