Tasks
- You will offer support in creating and implementing test cases for functional, performance, and stress testing, according to the functional requirements
- You will offer support in performing manual testing, reviewing requirements, and writing test reports
- You will support the team in performing regression testing and end-to-end system testing
- You will offer your support in troubleshooting, analyzing isolating, and reporting defects
- You will support the team in analyzing the results of the test reports and identifying the root cause of the discovered failed tests
- Investigating defects and test failures resulted from customer feedback
- You have the possibility to develop your automation skills with Python. You will be greatly encouraged and helped to do this
Qualifications
- Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Information Technology or an equivalent field
- Proactivity in problem solving and hard working type of guy
- You are an analytical thinker and have a problem-solving attitude
- You have good programming and algorithm skills
- You speak English fluently; German language is considered a plus
- You’re a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials

Porsche Engineering Romania specializes in complex technical solutions at its two locations in Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara, including the development of intelligent and connected electric vehicles, electronics, and design. We cover a wide range of development activities and technical know-how – from conventional powertrains to future mobility, and from prototype to series development. By optimizing brake systems and developing pedestrian protections as well as driver assistance systems, these activities significantly contribute to the improvement of future car safety. Knowledge-Sharing. Working with new technologies and employing innovative methodologies has always been a part of our day-to-day operations, therefore knowledge sharing is an essential part of our work culture. We regularly organize internal technical meetups to build bridges between departments, share best practices, and learn about new ways of thinking.
Collaboration with Universities and Master’s Program. On average, our company offers 12 master's thesis topics per year, based on allocation interviews for the top-performing students, and 10 Porsche Engineering scholarships for master's program students with outstanding technical and soft skills. To ensure continuity, our Master curriculum is updated yearly, and only the top 5 bachelor level students are eligible for Porsche Engineering scholarships. For those with a Ph.D., a scholarship for research and development in the AI field is also available.
Expanding our Know-How. It is important to stay ahead of technological trends in order to respond to ever-changing consumer needs, such as making cars safer and more enjoyable to drive. Based on project demands, we provide internal and external soft and technical skill trainings to meet these requirements.
