An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2–3 PQE Residential Property Associate to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in North London.
The firm has an excellent reputation within the residential property market and acts for a strong and varied client base. This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and reputable team, with the opportunity to handle a high-quality caseload.
The Role
You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of residential property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- High-value residential transactions
- New build transactions – experience preferred
- Lease extensions and associated residential property work
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Acting for HNW clients and other private individuals
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be:
- 2–3 years PQE with solid residential conveyancing experience
- Experienced in managing a caseload with a good degree of autonomy
- New build experience preferred, although not essential
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Keen to develop their career within a well-regarded North London firm
- Comfortable dealing with a quality client base and complex transactions
