How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Design & Product Development Intern

    3 Month Opportunity


    Location: London (Sloane Square) & Theale, Berkshire


    About Really Wild

    Really Wild is a British luxury heritage fashion brand inspired by the countryside and the sophistication of city living.


    Using Scottish tweeds, British craftsmanship, and sustainably sourced fabrics, Really Wild creates timeless collections that empower women through exceptional design, quality, and fit.


    We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Design & Product Development Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across a growing luxury fashion business and is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in fashion design, product development, buying, production, or brand management.


    The successful candidate will work closely with the Design and Production teams, gaining exposure to the full product development process, from concept and design through sampling, production, photoshoots, and retail launch.


    What You Will Learn

    • Collection development and seasonal planning
    • Luxury product development processes
    • Fabric and trim sourcing
    • Sample management and fittings
    • Technical design and garment construction
    • Production planning and critical path management
    • Brand positioning and storytelling
    • Photoshoot and campaign preparation
    • Wholesale and retail launches


    Key Responsibilities


    Design Support

    • Conduct trend, market, and competitor research
    • Create mood boards and inspiration presentations
    • Support collection development
    • Assist with CAD updates and design documentation
    • Maintain fabric, trim, and sample libraries
    • Participate in fittings and record feedback


    Product Development & Production Support

    • Track samples throughout development and production
    • Assist with technical packs and specification sheets
    • Coordinate supplier and manufacturer communications
    • Support critical path management and delivery schedules
    • Assist with quality control reviews
    • Maintain accurate product and development records


    Sample & Photoshoot Support

    • Organise and track seasonal samples
    • Prepare samples for photoshoots and press appointments
    • Support collection launches and events
    • Coordinate sample movements between London, Theale, and suppliers


    What We Are Looking For

    • Currently studying Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Fashion Buying, Product Development, or a related discipline
    • Passion for luxury fashion and British heritage brands
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
    • Ability to work effectively in a small, entrepreneurial team
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is desirable
