How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Recruitment Administration Coordinator

    Join our growing team as a Recruitment Administration Coordinator!

    Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping processes running smoothly? We're looking for a Recruitment Administration Coordinator to support our team of Recruitment Consultants and the Administration Manager, playing a key role in the recruitment process from candidate submission through to offer stage.

    In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll act as the link between candidates, clients, consultants, and the Administration Manager, ensuring applications, assessments, screening requirements, and client processes are completed efficiently and on time.


    What you'll be doing:

    • Supporting Recruitment Consultants and the Administration Manager with the day-to-day administration of recruitment activities
    • Managing candidate submissions through client portals
    • Coordinating technical assessments, examinations, and client-specific requirements
    • Guiding candidates through recruitment processes and timelines
    • Liaising with clients, candidates, Recruitment Consultants, and the Administration Manager to ensure a smooth recruitment journey
    • Monitoring candidate progress and following up on outstanding actions
    • Maintaining accurate records across recruitment systems, databases, and client portals
    • Tracking progress and producing reports using Excel
    • Supporting pre-offer screening, client compliance, and administrative processes
    • Helping ensure all client requirements are completed before offers are issued


    What we're looking for:

    • Experience working within a contract recruitment environment, supporting Financial Services and Banking clients, including managing candidate submissions through client portals and vendor management systems (VMS).
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
    • Experience using recruitment software, ATS systems, CRM databases, or client portals
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
    • A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach


    Desirable:

    • Experience working with financial services clients or financial institutions
    • Recruitment agency or contracting sector experience
