Working for a growing managing agent, you'll be part of a brand-new on-site team supporting the day-to-day operation of a high-profile, multi-tenanted office building. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within commercial property and facilities management, working alongside experienced facilities professionals in a prestigious environment.
The Role:
As a Facilities Assistant, you will support the on-site management team to ensure the smooth running of the building and deliver an exceptional experience for occupiers, visitors and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of day-to-day facilities management services across the building
- Building relationships with occupiers and acting as a first point of contact for facilities-related queries
- Assisting with contractor management, permit administration and service delivery monitoring
- Carrying out regular building inspections and reporting any issues
- Supporting health & safety and compliance processes
- Coordinating facilities helpdesk requests and ensuring actions are completed within agreed timescales
- Assisting with occupier events and tenant engagement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records, reports and documentation
About You:
- Previous experience within facilities management, property management, customer service or building operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Strong administrative and IT skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A professional and customer-focused attitude
- Experience within a commercial office environment or managing agent setting would be ideal but is not essential.
