Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £28,939 pro rata
Start Date: Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join a busy and friendly office environment on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong front-of-house and administrative experience who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and can confidently manage a busy reception area.

Duties will include:

Meeting and greeting visitors
Managing incoming calls and enquiries
Coordinating meeting room bookings
Handling post, deliveries and general office administration
Managing visitor sign-in procedures and records
Responding to email enquiries
Maintaining office supplies and stationery stock
Supporting facilities and maintenance reporting
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider teamThe successful candidate will have:

Previous Reception, Front of House or Administration experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
The ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
