The Role 💼
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our consultants to deliver a first-class service to our clients and candidates. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades and labour operatives across a range of construction projects throughout Greater London.
Key Responsibilities 📈

Source and attract suitable trades and labour candidates via our Internal Database, job boards, social media, referrals.
*
Conduct candidate registrations, right-to-work checks, and reference verification
*
Maintain regular contact with operatives to ensure strong working relationships
*
Assist consultants vacancies quickly and effectively
*
Manage job adverts, candidate pipelines, and administrative tasks within our CRM system
*
Provide excellent service to both candidates and clients

Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing isn't essential
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
A proactive, energetic, and resilient personality

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
