• This role requires availability to work from 2:00am, Monday to Sunday
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
About this work area
As a Warehouse Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:• Ensure that daily operations run smoothly with a focus on order fulfilment and inventory availability.
• Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring precision of goods received, accurate replenishment of assigned area, and identifying any discrepancies to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
• Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility and in accordance with the visual merchandising guidance.
• Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse and store while safely utilising material handling equipment and tools.
• Adhering to IKEA's safety policies, rules, and guidelines to allow for safe goods movement through the store and storage to ensure the safety of both customers and co-workers.
• Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
