What are you going to do
As an Operator with your new employer, you are the key to a smooth-running production process.
You keep the machines running, fix minor issues, and actively contribute ideas to make production even better. With your technical skills and hands-on approach, you play a direct role in delivering high-quality products.

Your main tasks:

• Solving minor machine malfunctions and keeping production up and running
• Reviewing processes and coming up with ideas to improve them
• Carrying out quality checks
• Performing physical work, including lifting up to 20 kg
• Ensuring a clean and safe workplace

You'll be working in a two-shift system, where no two days are the same and teamwork is key!

Your new employer is a young and ambitious producer and supplier of tasteful and distinctive food products for retail, wholesale, and industry in the Netherlands and surrounding countries. They are active in a wide range of product categories: Mediterranean, Sauces, Preserves, Chips, Toasts, Herbs & Spices. Their products are distributed under their own brands (such as the Dutch mayonnaise brand Jean Bâton and Bertolli), the brands of international partners, and clients' private labels. Some of the products are developed and produced in-house, while others are sourced directly from their countries of origin. • A salary between €2,800 and €3,300 gross per month
• Shift allowance of €30 gross per day
• Travel allowance from the very first kilometer - even if you come by bike
