What are you going to do
As an Operator with your new employer, you are the key to a smooth-running production process.
You keep the machines running, fix minor issues, and actively contribute ideas to make production even better. With your technical skills and hands-on approach, you play a direct role in delivering high-quality products.

Your main tasks:

• Solving minor machine malfunctions and keeping production up and running
• Reviewing processes and coming up with ideas to improve them
• Carrying out quality checks
• Performing physical work, including lifting up to 20 kg
• Ensuring a clean and safe workplace

You'll be working in a two-shift system, where no two days are the same and teamwork is key!

Some of the products are developed and produced in-house, while others are sourced directly from their countries of origin. • A salary between €2,800 and €3,300 gross per month
• Shift allowance of €30 gross per day
