Your Mission
- Design, implement, and optimize quality processes across ongoing projects.
- Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable inspection plans.
- Safeguard compliance across suppliers, production, and engineering teams.
- Investigate non-conformities (NCRs) and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Drive continuous improvement through corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct and support internal and external audits (AS9100 and related standards).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environments.
- In-depth knowledge of audit processes and quality standards.
- Experience in the aerospace or composite industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinker who thrives on problem-solving and precision.
- Process-driven mindset with a passion for improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
