Grip works by taking master content supplied by brands or their agencies and converting it into a deeply modular configurator. This allows marketers to create their own visual adaptations and variations effortlessly, saving millions in production costs while maintaining brand consistency.
What will you do?- Lead and Coordinate Teams: Manage a team of project managers and leaders, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment. Train, coach, and inspire your team so they are always one step ahead.
- Lead the drive for delivery automation: Identify opportunities to automate delivery workflows and operational processes. You lead the design and build of small, point-to-point automations directly, while shaping and overseeing larger automation initiatives delivered in partnership with the professional services team. Your focus is on improving consistency, scalability, and efficiency across delivery.
- Plan & Organize Like a Pro: Establish clear processes and workflows to ensure efficiency. Build a reporting structure to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
- Manage Stakeholders Like a Diplomat: Own communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and senior leadership. Set expectations, negotiate solutions, and ensure everyone stays aligned.
- Proactively Identify & Tackle Risks: Spot potential project risks before they become problems. Whether it’s resource constraints, process inefficiencies, or client concerns—you mitigate issues before they escalates.
- Own Budget & Profitability: Keep projects financially healthy by monitoring budgets and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Leverage Data for Smarter Decision-Making: Use data analytics to gain insights, track performance, and continuously optimize delivery operations.
- Escalation? You’ve Got It Covered: When challenges arise, you don’t panic—you take charge. Whether it’s a production issue, a client crisis, or an internal bottleneck, you step in and steer things back on course.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: If a process is missing, you build it. If documentation is lacking, you create it. You ensure clarity, efficiency, and transparency across all operations.
- Project Management Pro: You’re fluent in project management methodologies and tools (Airtable, Jira, or similar). You help teams pick the right approach for any challenge.

- Agency Background: You understand the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of creative and content production and can translate that into practical solutions.
