Functieomschrijving:
As a machineoperator, you are an essential link in the packaging line. You operate the machines, detect potential malfunctions, and take immediate action to keep production running. Thanks to your efforts, our bread rolls are packaged on time and to the highest standards every day.Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting Fuji and Alpha flowpack machines.
• Monitoring product quality and ensuring machines function correctly.
• Troubleshooting minor issues and performing preventive maintenance.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace while following hygiene regulations.
• Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve production processes.

Functievereisten:
You are a hands-on machineoperator with a flexible and proactive attitude.You bring:

• Proficiency in Dutch, English, or Polish (any combination is possible).
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system.
• A strong personality, able to handle peak periods and high workloads.
• Experience in the food industry or a comparable production environment.
• Technical insight and an interest in automated processes.
