At Filmevent we create unforgettable team events where participants produce their own short films in just one day — with script, acting, camera work, a film premiere and an Oscar-style award ceremony.
We’ve been running these events in Switzerland for over 10 years. Now we’re bringing the concept to the Netherlands — and you can be part of it from day one!
Your role
You don’t need to film yourself — participants shoot autonomously using smartphones and clear instructions we provide.
Your tasks during each event (approx. 8 hours):

Transport of equipment to and from the venue

Hosting the introduction and explaining the process

Supporting teams during filming (questions, troubleshooting, timekeeping)

Preparing and hosting the award ceremony at the film premiere in the evening
Your profile

Living in Amsterdam or nearby

Fluent in Dutch and English is required

Strong communication skills, confident speaking in front of groups

Service-oriented, well-organised, reliable and professional

Driver’s license is required – having your own car is a big advantage

You are available on event days and flexible with working hours
Our current setup
We are in the pioneering phase of our expansion to the Netherlands, which means not everything is fully defined yet. The number of events will vary at first, so the workload will be flexible — but it will grow steadily as we establish our presence.We’re looking for someone who’s excited to help shape this journey with us from the very beginning and are open to different forms of collaboration:

Freelance, paid per event

Part-time employment with a small fixed workload.
Our next event takes place on 27th of November, and we would love to invite a potential candidate to join us. You can experience the event first-hand and decide if this is right for you.
Please note: for now, we can only consider candidates who are able to attend the event on the 27th of November.
Payment
The salary per event/day will be around between €200 and €300, depending on your skills, experience, and work arrangement.
