As Sales Director FLS, you will be a key member of the Management Team, responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution for the Full Line Solutions product portfolio.
What are you going to do?As Sales Director Full Line Solutions at Votech, you take full ownership of the sales process across key verticals and regions. You lead a high-performing team while developing strategies to grow the business through both direct and indirect sales channels. You collaborate closely with Application Engineering and Product Management to ensure client needs are met with tailored technical solutions.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales processes for profitable automation projects
- Manage, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers and Inside Sales professionals
- Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen brand visibility and market reach
- Partner with Engineering to align technical proposals with customer requirements
- Serve as primary commercial representative in customer negotiations
- Deepen relationships with existing accounts and key decision-makers
- Oversee and expand sales channels including distributors, agents, and OEMs
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Work cross-functionally with Duravant sister companies to identify growth synergies

Job requirements:
- 5–10 years of commercial leadership experience in tailored capital equipment sales
- Experience in the sale of complex technical projects, preferably in packaging equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience managing both direct sales teams and indirect channels
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce (SFDC)
- Data-driven approach to sales planning and performance management
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
