Internship duration: 4-6 months
Hours per week: 32 or 40 hours
Location: Amsterdam (ITO Office)
Start date: Preferably 1 August or 1 September.

• Be directly involved in all recruitment activities within the team

• Manage the internship desk and recruit future interns for Accenture Netherlands

• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process from start to finish

• Ensure every team attracts top talent

• Organize internal and external events, such as:
  In-house days for student associations
  Representing Accenture at various universities

• Actively maintain the internship community within Accenture

• Serve as the main point of contact for HR support for interns

This role is part of Corporate Functions Operations, where we blend deep functional expertise with AI-driven innovation and cutting-edge technology to deliver 360° value to our internal clients. You'll join a multidisciplinary team that leverages intelligent tools and data-driven insights to tackle complex challenges, streamline recruitment processes, and shape the future of smart, AI-powered business operations.

• Education: Bachelor or Master student enrolled at a Dutch university for the entire internship duration.

• Skills: Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills

• Languages: Native Dutch and fluent English
