Role DescriptionAs a Global Innovation Marketing Manager – Condiments, you will play a key role in accelerating growth through leading strategic innovation initiatives for a flagship mayonnaise and condiments brand. You will shape short- and long-term innovation strategies, translate consumer insights and trends into scalable innovation, and work closely with cross‑functional and regional teams to bring impactful ideas to market. This is a high‑visibility role offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and global leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Own and lead global, multi‑year innovation initiatives, working closely with cross‑functional teams including R&D, Insights, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners.
- Define and drive short‑ and long‑term innovation strategies aligned with portfolio growth priorities and future market opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to scale innovation opportunities, including leading launch excellence and market activation initiatives.
- Monitor innovation performance, track progress against funnel value targets, and ensure learnings are shared to maximize impact.
- Bring external trends, consumer insights, and data into the innovation process to inspire future‑ready concepts and pipelines.
- Manage key brand operational activities, including marketing briefs, budget‑related tasks, and communication development support.
- Proven experience in brand marketing, innovation, or portfolio strategy within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong strategic thinking with a passion for consumer‑centric innovation and trend‑led growth.
- Experience leading cross‑functional and multi‑market projects in a global environment.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
