Your tasks
- Planning and managing processes and projects within the RTL Ad Alliance ecosystem.
- Project planning for assigned IT & media projects, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and project scope.
- Analysis and establishment of cross-departmental processes, including documentation and communication.
- Conceptualization and further development of assigned projects, including project goals, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, financing, and staffing
- Management of milestones and adjustment of requirements during the course of the project
- Creation and implementation of project communication plans with teams and stakeholders (from the areas of sales, finance, legal, ad operations, and ad tech)
- Preparing project status reports
- Maintaining systems and creating records and documentation necessary for overall project work.
Your profile
- Completed degree, for example in Project Management, business administration, or comparable training
- You have previous experience in IT project management. Media industry experience would be a huge advantage.
- Good user knowledge of common project management and IT tools like Jira.
- Structured, analytical and conceptual thinking
- You value working independently and enjoy taking responsibility for important tasks
- You are fluent in English and have good written and spoken German skills
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and an interest in digital media and commercial processes round out your profile
