Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-driven HR Administrator to join our Central HR Team based in Papendrecht. This role supports Rewards, Mobility, Vitality, and Communications while ensuring smooth operations of the Central HR Office. The HR Administrator reports directly to the Country HR Director and works closely with HR specialists across multiple disciplines.
Job Responsibilities- Supporting payroll control and validation.
- Administering the company Lease Bike Plan and related reporting.
- Monitoring data quality within the HRIS through reporting and setting out measures for improvement for HR support teams.
- Supporting employees with relocation‑related questions and administrative processes.
- Managing the Employee Insurance Agency employer portal (UWV werkgeversportaal) and ensuring correct and timely administration.
- Maintaining and posting HR updates on the company’s intranet.
- Handling central HR‑related mail correspondence.
- Managing incoming and outgoing postal mail.
- Supporting the Central HR Team with ad‑hoc administrative and local activities.
- Maintaining SharePoint documentation and document control.
- Processing and managing invoices intended for central HR, including administrative follow‑up.
- Coordinating milestone recognitions (birthdays, births, weddings) and other special occasions.
You are structured, service‑oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment. You enjoy taking ownership and can work independently while staying closely connected to your team.
In addition, you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or support role (HR or Finance preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence in working with HR Systems.
- Experience working in – or the ability to thrive within – a complex, international matrix organization.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility.
- High accuracy and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Availability to work 32‑40 hours per week on‑site in Papendrecht.
- A gross salary based on the CLA Metalektro and depending on your experience, ranging between €3,400 and €4,200 gross per month.
- 40 paid holidays for full‑time employment (27 holidays and 13 ADV days).
