As an Inventory controller, you are responsible for managing approximately 4,600 SKUs. You ensure that products are always available on time and at the correct location, so that the logistics process runs smoothly and efficiently. You are visible on the shop floor and work closely with colleagues from various departments. You have a keen eye for detail, are precise, and serve as the main point of contact for everything related to inventory.
In this role, you are active both physically and administratively: you work according to a fixed weekly schedule, dividing your time 50% in the office and 50% on the floor. Together with your colleague, you alternate this schedule weekly, ensuring you continuously stay in touch with both the operational and coordinating aspects of inventory management.
On a daily basis, you are involved in managing and optimizing stock levels and warehouse locations. You actively work on further developing and implementing the ABC analysis, identify bottlenecks, and come up with well-founded proposals to make processes smarter and more efficient. Performing and coordinating periodic counts and checks also fall under your responsibilities. You ensure that the physical and administrative inventory is always in balance.
In addition, you prepare reports and analyses, for example regarding item master data and lost & found processing. You work closely with internal departments and managers to further optimize processes and elevate them to a higher level.
We are looking for someone who not only participates in the existing process but also dares to critically evaluate what can be improved. Someone who sees opportunities for improvement, takes initiative, and actively contributes to the further professionalization of inventory management within our organization.
Wat wij bieden- A salary of € 2.750 to € 3.025 gross per month (based on 40 hours) plus 8% holiday allowance

- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, WMS, and ERP systems (Dynaman is a plus)
