As a Warehouse Team Leader at NTS Hengelo, you lead a team of approximately 10 warehouse employees on a daily basis. You ensure that raw materials, tools, and goods are available for production at the right time, in the right place, and in the right condition. Your warehouse runs like a well‑oiled machine, and that is no coincidence.
You are responsible for the setup and continuous improvement of warehouse processes: from receipt and storage to management and issuance. You work with the ERP system and closely monitor minimum and maximum stock levels. You proactively identify deviations or bottlenecks and translate them into concrete improvements or investment proposals.
In addition to the operational side, you also have a strong HR role. You conduct performance and appraisal interviews, coach your employees, and keep personnel planning sharp. You work closely with procurement, production, and quality and are a reliable link in the internal supply chain of NTS Hengelo.
Your responsibilities also include:- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of approximately 10 warehouse employees and ensuring a safe and structured work environment;
- Monitoring and optimizing inventory management, including receipt, storage, management, and issuance of goods according to applicable procedures;
- Maintaining and checking warehouse records in the ERP system, including inventory levels, storage locations, and verification status;
- Developing and implementing procedures for an efficient and controlled warehouse process;
- Checking incoming goods for quantity, quality, transport damage, and correct identification;
- Preparing investment proposals for warehouse layout and transportation equipment and coordinating with management;
- Conducting performance and appraisal interviews and being responsible for short‑term personnel planning.
We are looking for a decisive Warehouse Team Leader with leadership experience and a keen eye for logistics processes.
- Completed vocational education in logistics, supply chain, or similar;
- Demonstrable experience as a supervisor in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within an industrial or technical sector;
- Knowledge of inventory management and experience working with an ERP system;
- Strong in planning, organizing, and monitoring and improving processes;
- Proficient in Dutch language in speech and writing due to work instructions, procedures, and communication in the workplace.

- Salary from €4.000 to €5.000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
