We are looking for a Breakfast Waiter / Waitress who enjoys creating meaningful guest moments, thrives in a lively and fast paced environment, and understands that great hospitality lives in the details.
A day in the lifeYour shift starts while the city is slowly waking up. Together with the team, you prepare the restaurant for a smooth and energetic breakfast service. Fresh coffee is brewing, tables are perfectly set, the buffet is looking its very best, and the kitchen is preparing fresh à la carte dishes from the open kitchen.
During high season, breakfast at Celia can become wonderfully busy and dynamic. With a high volume of hotel guests, a large breakfast buffet, and continuous à la carte orders flying into the kitchen, teamwork and energy are everything. One moment you are serving freshly made egg dishes or French toast, the next you are refreshing the buffet, helping a colleague, or making sure a guest's cappuccino arrives exactly the way they like it.
Throughout the morning, you create an experience that feels effortless, warm, and genuinely welcoming, even when the pace is high.
What you will be doing* Welcoming guests in a warm and natural way
* Taking food and beverage orders during breakfast service
* Serving dishes and drinks with attention to detail
* Supporting and maintaining the breakfast buffet throughout service
* Working closely together with the kitchen during busy à la carte breakfast service
* Sharing knowledge about the menu and making recommendations
* Supporting with mise en place and restaurant preparation
* Creating a clean, organised, and inviting environment
* Handling guest requests and special wishes with care and professionalism
* You enjoy working in a fast paced hospitality environment
* You bring positive energy to early morning shifts
* You are organised and keep calm during busy services
* You are a true team player and enjoy supporting others
* Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but personality and motivation matter most to us
* You speak English confidently
* You are flexible and comfortable working mornings, weekends, and holidays
