As Concierge, you will be responsible for the following duties:
You monitor the clients during their stay and manage any complaints;
You maintain and strengthen relationships with our service providers;
You contribute to customer loyalty;
You coordinate with porters, and valet drivers and daily follow-up;
You guarantee service quality and compliance with MOHG standards and procedures;
You represent the Mandarin Oriental brand.
Your role demands flexibility and adaptability, as each day brings unique challenges and opportunities to enhance guest experiences. This role is well suited to people who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests.
As Concierge we expect from you:
A minimum of two years’ experience as a Concierge or a Reception employee, preferably in a luxury setting;
Proficiency in the English language. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus;
Eye for detail, drive to success and a supportive attitude;
Excellent presentation
A strong sense of responsibility: always follows up, is accurate and knows how to deliver exceptional and personalised service;
Curiosity, knowledge of Amsterdam and its cultural news.
