What you will be doingAs an associate for People in Deals & Transformations, you will be part of an enthusiastic, open and ambitious team in our Workforce practice. You will work on People related topics and issues in deals and/or transformation contexts with your Dutch and international colleagues. You will often be involved in (international) multi-competence projects at an early stage, working with a team specialising in all people-related aspects, including employment law, remuneration and compensation, organisational design, pensions, HR data & analytics, and HR technology. You will be involved in mergers, takeovers, carve-outs, reorganisations and restructurings.
- Your work will be diverse, covering both advisory and implementation activities, and will allow you to further develop your skills as a People in Deals consultant.
- You should have a strong interest in the human side of organisations undergoing change, as well as the financial impact of these changes.
- You are expected to be proficient in analysing financial data.
- You should be motivated by a work environment with a steep learning curve that supports continuous personal development.
- You must be adaptable, comfortable in changing situations, and eager to work as part of a team.
- You have a Master university degree in Business Economics or Econometrics, or a Social Study degree, but with a proven affinity in data analytics and/or finance;
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically;
- You have excellent English communication skills and a good command of the Dutch language is preferred;
- You are capable of developing innovative services and enjoy the challenge of working in an international environment;
- You are proactive, results-oriented and taking initiative comes naturally in every environment;
- You are a team player, energetic, customer-focused, and find it easy to build relationships;
- You like to immerse yourself in complex, multidisciplinary projects;
- You are flexible and can quickly switch between different assignments and disciplines.
