As a sample lab assistant at IFF in Tilburg, you play a vital role in ensuring that our fragrance and flavor samples are prepared and shipped with precision and care. Your work directly supports our global operations, helping renowned brands deliver exceptional products to consumers worldwide. Your responsibilities include:- Picking, weighing, and preparing fragrance and flavor samples for global shipment.
- Packing and shipping samples accurately, including handling dangerous goods according to IATA regulations.
- Preparing DG documentation for air transport and processing orders in SAP.
- Operating a reach truck to move and store goods efficiently within the warehouse.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while collaborating with local and international teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements:
- A reach truck certificate, or sufficient experience to obtain the certificate;
- Physically able to lift up to 23 kg;
- A precise and accurate working style, preferably with experience in detailed or precision-based tasks;
- C1 level in English or Dutch;
- Familiar with order picking and inventory management;
- Willing to work in flexibel dayshift hours
- A strong team player with good communication skills;
- Comfortable using a computer and performing light administrative tasks
