Being a mixologist (Bartender) isn’t only about mixing drinks, the memorable and unique experience that we provide to our guest is just as important. It isn’t only about making exquisite drinks, the role of a mixologist goes beyond the bar.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for the guest, using measuring systems.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with creating an unique beverage offering.
- We are one big team, helping out others is a must – ‘Teamwork Makes The Dream Work’
- Your bar looks always flawless, and is ready for action.
- Prepare fresh garnish for the drinks.
- You follow all the safety and security policies and procedures of the company.
- Process all different payment methods.
- Complete closing duties.
Key personality traits:
- You’re very passionate about beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic
- You are creative with new trends and demands
- Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- You’re fluent in English, Dutch and/or any other language is appreciated.
- You are flexible; available evenings, weekends and on holidays.
- Bartending experience is preferable with sound cocktail knowledge
