Manpower is looking for a Shift Supervisor for a company in IJmuiden.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Lead and coordinate offshore technician teams, including approving team and equipment deployment, to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Develop annual operational plans and manage shift schedules in close collaboration with the client.

Prepare work orders, issue work permits, and lead daily briefings and toolbox meetings.

Ensure overall work quality and full compliance with safety and performance standards.

Maintain close cooperation with the client, consistently delivering efficient, high-quality, and timely offshore services that exceed expectations.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills, productivity, and collaboration.

Monitor, track, and report both scheduled and unscheduled work progress to the client.

Participate in offshore operations to verify quality and efficiency, providing technical support in the event of malfunctions or operational challenges.

Working hours
