BeschrijvingYou’ll start in a dynamic, rotating role: one week you’ll be doing logistics tasks such as order picking, and the next you’ll be working with machines. As part of our development program, you’ll grow into a fully trained Operator. Your responsibilities will include:
- Machine Operation: Setting up, loading, and monitoring machines to ensure smooth production.
- Quality Control: Checking goods to ensure they meet set standards.
- Troubleshooting: Solving minor technical issues and adjusting machine settings.
- Efficiency: Minimizing downtime and waste, while maximizing productivity.
- Maintenance: Keeping your workspace and equipment clean and in top condition.
- Distribution Tasks: Managing conveyor belts and processing incoming and outgoing goods.
At Kuehne+Nagel, your motivation is more important than your résumé. However, we’d love it if you meet the following criteria:
- You have an interest in technical work and operational processes.
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a logistics employee or operator.
- You are willing to work in a 2-shift schedule, with possible expansion to 5 shifts.
- You are flexible and available to work weekends when needed.
