Essential ingredients:
- You have a welcoming attitude are a team player and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
- You are looking for a parttime job which you can combine with your studies, and are available for at least 2 shifts per week.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering fantastic service an unforgettable moments to our guests across all F&B Outlets, including the restaurant, bar and Meeting & Events operations (Banqueting) during both morning and evening shifts.
- Ensuring smooth operations by setting up and checking the meeting rooms
- Preparing guest bills and handling the payment
- Solving guest complaints with creativity and a positive approach
- Bringing new ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve operations
