Wat je gaat doen As an Operator, you’ll work in a modern agricultural production facility in a 3-shift system. This is a clean, high-standard environment where quality, hygiene, and following protocols are top priorities. Together with your team, you’ll keep the production process running smoothly by:

• Gathering raw materials and production supplies
• Setting up and operating machinery such as process mixers
• Monitoring production parameters and making adjustments when needed
• Operating packaging machines in a cleanroom environment
• Performing quality checks and taking samples for lab testing
• Troubleshooting and solving technical issues on the line
• Accurately reporting production activities

Functie-eisen

We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on professional who takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate has:

• MBO+ level of (technical) education and experience as a (process) operator, preferably in the food or chemical industry
• A solid understanding of working with protocols and hygienic standards (cleanroom experience is a plus)
• Technical skills to resolve machine-related issues
• Experience in leading a small team would be a plus
• You have your own accommodation and transport
• A flexible and solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to work independently and with attention to detail
• A strong sense of responsibility and quality focus
• Good command of the English language
