In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team while ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. What will you do?
As a Team Leader, you are the link between operations and employees. You maintain oversight, make adjustments where needed, and ensure operational targets are achieved.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and optimizing operational processes;
- Coordinating with fellow Team Leaders to ensure an efficient workflow;
- Coaching and supporting employees in their performance and personal development;
- Conducting performance, absence, and development discussions;
- Creating and maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment;
- Managing workforce planning and scheduling;
- Maintaining accurate time registration and attendance records;
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to process optimization initiatives.

- Experience in a leadership role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or warehousing;

- Strong coaching skills and the ability to develop and inspire team members.

You can expect:
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
- A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,838 based on a 40-hour workweek;
- Growth opportunities up to €4,580 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
- A 30% shift allowance for hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM;
