Our client is a fast-growing international organisation operating in the renewable energy sector, supporting major offshore and onshore wind projects across Europe. They play an important role in delivering specialist infrastructure and technical services that help drive the energy transition.
As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Officer (m/f/x) to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early finance experience who wants to grow their career in a dynamic, international environment while contributing to a sector that is shaping the future.
Tasks and Responsibilities of the Junior Accounts Payable Office in Schiphol
- Processing, verifying, and posting supplier invoices
- Working closely with internal teams such as Procurement, Warehouse, and Crewing to obtain approvals and documentation
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Reconciling the accounts payable sub-ledger with the general ledger
- Handling multi-currency invoices and international supplier payments
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks where needed
Your Profile
- Bachelor's working and thinking level, preferably with a finance-related background
- Previous finance / accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in renewable energy, offshore, or maritime is a plus, but not essential
Offer
- Full-time role (40 hours per week)
- Salary between €2.500 and €3.500 gross per month based on 40 hours
