To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our commercial team in Western Europe.

As Sales Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our retail customers and the backbone of our sales organisation. You work closely with the business development manager in the field and play a key role in keeping everything on track – from contracts to customer requests.
Main responsibilities
- First-line contact for retail customers: handling requests, questions and follow-up.
- Support the sales team in preparing offers, tenders, contracts and presentations.
- Manage and update sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Handle and coordinate customer complaints with a solution-driven mindset.
- Coordinate sample requests from customers and prospects.
- Schedule and follow up on meetings with leads for the sales team.
- Coordinate internally with supply chain, marketing and finance to align on customer needs.
- Monitor contract agreements and deadlines, ensuring compliance.Contribute to continuous improvement of our commercial processes.
Vereisten
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar commercial support role, preferably within FMCG.
- Experience with both branded and private label products is a strong plus.
- Excellent time management skills – you love keeping things organised and on track.
- Proactive and structured way of working, with strong communication skills (internal & external).
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems & good Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Languages: fluent in English (and Dutch); French and/or Spanish is considered a strong advantage.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment and are hands-on in your approach.
- Availability to work full-time, with a minimum of 3–4 days per week at the office.
