Job Description- Work through client requests to innovate by creating automation.
- Leverage internal and client SMEs to gather details to enhance automation.
- Repair impacted automations to ensure higher levels of autonomic success.
- Help build global consistency by developing against internal software standards.
- Drive higher levels of autonomic resolution and diagnostics through continual refinement of automations.
- Identify recurring issues and develop automated resolutions for them.
- Develop automation scripts to automate repetitive tasks in client environments.
- Identify and develop monitoring checks needed to ensure the stability of client infrastructure.

- Document Standard Operating Procedures for troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot advanced issues related to Active Directory topology and features in complex, multi-site, multi-domain environments.
- Manage server infrastructure with machines running Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, and 2012 R2.
- Demonstrable knowledge of scripting in some administrative language.
- Strong understanding of managed service provider operations and systems administration.
- Experience administering VMware vSphere infrastructure and hosted guest machines using tools like vSphere client and PowerCLI.
- Knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, and Lync is a plus.
- Experience managing backup architectures with software such as NetBackup or Tivoli is a plus.
