Overview

As a Node.js Developer, you will:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain modern web applications using JavaScript and Node.js, with exposure to Vue.js (Vue 3) for front-end development.
• Design and build reusable, efficient, and modular UI components following best practices.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs and collaborate closely with backend teams working on Java-based REST web services.
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure secure application access.
• Optimize application performance to ensure speed, scalability, and reliability across environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to high coding standards.
• Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across different browsers and deployment environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric features.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js, and front-end technologies.

What You Bring to the Table

• 8–10 years of overall software development experience with strong expertise in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Solid hands-on experience in front-end development, with good knowledge of Vue.js (Vue 3).
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, including secure access and identity management.
• Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation.
• Experience integrating applications with RESTful web services, including Java-based REST APIs.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure for application deployment, hosting, and cloud-based services.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint ceremonies and iterative delivery.

You Should Possess the Ability to

• Build scalable, maintainable web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue.js.
• Create modular UI components that enhance reusability and consistency.
• Secure applications through proper authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Optimize application performance for high availability and responsiveness.
• Work effectively with Azure-based environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Translate functional requirements into reliable technical implementations.
• Adapt to evolving technologies and development practices in an Agile setup.
