- Watering the plants

- Performing light handy work and small repairs
- Assisting with general clean-up actions and office tidiness
- Preparing meeting rooms

- Receiving and sending post & packages
- Front Desk: Answering phone, welcoming visitors
- Assisting with PR events, including setup and cleanup
Your Profile
- You're currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on and well organised
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Available to work approximately 16 hours per week
