Hotel Nassau Breda | Autograph Collection is part of Marriott International and is located in a former monastery in the center of the Burgundian city of Breda. Hotel Nassau Breda offers 94 rooms, bar Heiligdom, a characteristic chapel (capacity 300 pax) for weddings, parties and also 5 spacious meeting facilities. Hotel Nassau Breda is an Autograph Collection hotel, one of the 30 brands of Marriott International. The hotel is part of the Odyssey Hotel Group, the fastest growing hotel management company in Europe.
THE POSITION
The position of All-round Service Employee involves all-round work in the various F&B outlets of our hotel. Are you an early bird? Then you are the first point of contact of the day for our guest during breakfast. Are you interested in different drinks and cocktails? You can also gain those skills and knowledge in our bar Sanctuary! Besides this we have several meeting rooms for business meetings, but we also organize the coolest parties in our chapel! Are you the addition to our team to create the unique experience for every (hotel) guest?
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a constant high quality of service;
Making preparations for a successful service;
Advising with enthusiasm on the dishes, wines and cocktails;
With your personalized service during breakfast, lunch or dinner, score a 9 or 10 on a review;
Going the extra mile to provide the guest with an unforgettable stay;
Adhering to Hotel Nassau Breda's Standard Operating Procedures;
Keeping abreast of all F&B standards, presentation, service, products and hygiene rules.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Has a passion for hotel management and hospitality;
is eager to learn, quickly picks up information and knows how to apply it;
Has an open and friendly attitude;
Has an eye for detail, both for the product, the guest and your colleagues;
Experience and wine knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement;
Has knowledge of the Dutch and English language;
Is enthusiastic, flexible, representative and cooperative.
