Manpower is looking for a Machine Operator on behalf of a company in Breda.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up machines (calibration, cleaning, preparation) to start production cycles
• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting machine settings such as speed
• Feeding raw materials or parts into (semi-)automated machines
• Inspecting parts using precision and measuring tools
• Periodically testing machine operations
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues during the shift
• Checking output to identify machine-related errors or defects
• Recording approved and rejected products
• Maintaining activity logs and production audit logs
• Ensuring production runs smoothly while meeting strict customer SLAs

You will work closely with colleagues in a small, young, and dynamic team. On-the-job training is provided, so motivation and willingness to learn are essential.
