You work closely with production, IT and sales to make sure that quality, speed and service are always at the right level. You analyze data, keep KPIs sharply in sight and turn insights into improvements in processes and workflows.
Forecasting, pricing and client configurations are all under your control. You develop account plans, handle renewals and increase the value of existing clients through upsell and cross sell. From weekly KPI checks to quarterly business reviews on location, you keep the relationship strong, personal and profitable. With a portfolio of about €400K in annual revenue your goals are clear, 96 percent first time right, top quality and zero surprises. Retaining clients, deepening relationships and realizing growth, that is how you could call it in a nutshell.
I want it, but can I do it?
Okay, do not worry. You are a Customer Success Manager who knows what they are talking about. Your work personality can be summed up as energetic, analytical and commercially sharp. With 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services you know how to really help clients move forward. You know e commerce and understand how digital content, photography and workflow integrations work.
Experience with studio operations or tools like SpinMe, Creative Force or OneStream will only come in handy. Just one more thing, CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce are not unfamiliar to you. You work in a structured way, communicate easily and enjoy traveling through Europe to meet clients. You speak English fluently, Dutch or another European language is a big plus. And yes, you think ahead, deliver what you promise and get energy from growth.
I don't get out of bed for free
Neither do we, so let's be clear. You will receive a nice salary between €60,000 and €80,000 per year. The employment conditions are very good. Of course you work in a hybrid way and receive travel compensation. Nevertheless, we are not only talking about visibility within Europe but also in Asia and the US.
