- Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, and preferably an optician’s diploma;
- At least 2 years of experience as a store manager, branch manager, or location manager in the optical industry or retail;
- A sharp focus on achieving results — you always want to exceed the expectations of both your customers and your team, working in an analytical and efficient way;
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, representative appearance;
- A strong dose of stress resistance — it’s a challenging job where you may juggle four things at once, but you keep a cool head;
- The drive to continuously develop yourself;
- A command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken, at B1 level;
- A high degree of flexibility in availability due to our extended opening hours.
- A base salary starting at €3,343 and up to €5,705 per month based on a 40-hour week including holiday allowance, depending on your knowledge and experience. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to grow internally in knowledge, experience and salary if you have the ambition!
- A quarterly bonus of up to 32%, based on 3 objectives. The amount you can earn depends on your salary and the results achieved.
