As Lab Technician Strain Development you will work on enzyme projects, to establish and optimize enzyme production in our microbial host strains, fitting the requirements.
- You will conduct and plan experimental work with support of a lead Scientist and in collaboration with other lab technicians
- You will perform high throughput molecular cloning and quality control thereof in yeast, fungi and/or bacteria
- You will set up screening to assess the enzyme production
- Furthermore you will record, analyze and interpret the obtained results and discuss your experimental work in the project team
