In this role, you are the connecting link between candidates and clients. You have daily conversations with job seekers, both in the office and online, and quickly identify their strengths. Because you also know what the client is looking for, you can clearly explain why a position is a perfect fit for someone.
You will be involved in recruiting and selecting candidates, writing and posting creative job listings, using social media to reach the right target group, and making sustainable matches that go beyond the CV. In addition, you will actively contribute ideas on how to improve the recruitment process.

What do you bring to the table?
