You'll gain hands?'on experience with a wide variety of legal and regulatory topics, such as:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Researching and advising on complex financial regulations, including MiFID II, Wft, AML (Wwft), and MAR
- Supporting real compliance cases and regulatory initiatives in a dynamic business environment

Your role will involve:- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts;
- Conducting in?'depth legal and regulatory research on complex (compliance) matters;
- Supporting compliance?'related tasks and contributing to regulatory projects;
- Collaborating closely with multiple departments across LYNX, gaining insight into the business as a whole.
- Student in an LLB or an LLM;
- Previous legal work?'related experience (internship, job, or volunteering);
- An enthusiastic and proactive team player with a strong work ethic;
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently;
- A hands?'on problem solver, adept at working autonomously and collaboratively;
- You are Native or professional speaking Dutch;
