We're seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to bring structure, alignment, and execution excellence to a fast‑moving department. You will streamline day‑to‑day operations, embed effective rhythms of business, support planning cycles, and help ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives. Working cross‑functionally, you'll drive operational clarity, improve processes, and support leadership with insights that guide strategic decision‑making.

• Strengthen and standardize BAU processes and support key operational initiatives.
• Implement simple, effective processes that increase efficiency and consistency across teams.
• Support annual and ad‑hoc planning cycles, partnering with FP&A on budgets and resource allocation.
• Prepare and facilitate business reviews (monthly, quarterly, mid‑year) and track resulting actions.
• Create and automate performance reporting; analyze KPIs to support leadership decisions.
• Act as a central coordination point across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth cross‑functional collaboration.
• Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to change initiatives and project execution.

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or change management.
• Strong process management, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data and translate insights into clear narratives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to influence up to Senior Management.
• Highly organized and structured, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Strong relationship builder who is comfortable navigating diverse teams.
