Skills & Experience- Lead comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Oversee the planning and execution of data management projects to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for business challenges.
- Analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decision-making processes.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all business analysis activities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project goals with business objectives.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Support the design and implementation of technology solutions that enhance data management capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in business analysis and data management across the organization.
- Deep Banking & FS Domain expertise, ideally including Mortgage transformation programmes
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in business analysis and planning.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Show proficiency in using analytical tools and software for data interpretation.
- Hold a bachelors degree in business finance or a related field.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development
- Develop focused Thought Leadership assets including industry ‘points of view’ or ‘white papers’, podcasts, blogs, video interviews etc
