Role DescriptionResponsible for shaping and leading the global brand health program for Tommy Hilfiger comprising best-in-class future-proof methodology that capture brand strength across brand funnel, perception, visibility, share of search, and brand image. Acts as the company’s foremost authority on brand health, setting the standards by which brand equity is understood, measured, and advanced across PVH.
Core ContentEstablish and continuously evolve the strategic framework for brand health measurement, integrating multiple methodologies, vendors, and data sources into a unified, actionable view.
Serve as the principal advisor to senior leadership (ELT, BLT, PLT, MLT) on brand equity, perception, and long‑term positioning, translating complex data into clear strategic implications.
Create and institutionalize proprietary approaches to measuring brand image and perception, positioning PVH as an industry leader in brand intelligence.
Proactively identify and anticipate brand risks and opportunities, recommending interventions that strengthen global brand equity.
Lead cross‑functional research initiatives to resolve brand strategy challenges, guiding teams toward aligned, data‑driven solutions.
Act as the central liaison across Calvin Klein, Regions, and PVH Corp., ensuring full adoption of best practices and consistent application of insights globally.
10+ years of experience in consumer & market intelligence, with recognized expertise in global brand health measurement.
Demonstrated ability to define frameworks and influence decision‑making at the highest levels of the business.
Operates independently in highly complex environments, leading multi‑stakeholder projects across seniority levels and geographies.
Recognized internally and externally as an expert in brand performance measurement; networks extend beyond the company to industry peers, agencies, and research communities.
Proven ability to develop innovative, proprietary methods that advance the field of brand intelligence.
