As a ServiceNow ITSM & SPM Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Lead and contribute to at least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, from solution design through deployment and post-implementation support.
- Build and enhance Service Catalog items, workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation to support business processes.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using scripting and platform configuration best practices.
- Configure and support Configuration Management (CMDB) and Application Portfolio Management (APM) capabilities.
- Develop and customize basic and advanced widgets to improve user experience and reporting.
- Contribute to IT Operations Management (ITOM) at both foundational and advanced levels.
- Support and integrate additional modules including IRM, SecOps, and TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, providing technical expertise to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Actively contribute to defining the ServiceNow solution vision by leveraging prior implementation experience and platform capabilities.
- 10+ years of overall experience in ServiceNow development and platform delivery.
- Proven hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and SPM modules.
- Demonstrated experience delivering at least one full ServiceNow implementation.
- Strong expertise in Service Catalog, workflows, integrations, scripting, and automation.
- Practical knowledge of CMDB, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Performance Analytics (PA).
- Experience working with basic and advanced widgets and UI components.
- Exposure to ITOM, IRM, SecOps, and TPRM modules.
- Experience supporting deployments using source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design efficient workflows and automation that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout implementation and enhancement phases.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute strategically by shaping the ServiceNow roadmap and solution vision.
- Identify improvement opportunities using prior implementation experience and ServiceNow best practices.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
