Role Description

• Analyze and document end-to-end business requirements across utility processes such as Billing, Device Management, and Customer Service, translating them into clear, detailed functional specifications.
• Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, validate existing processes, and define future-state solution blueprints.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP IS-U solutions in alignment with industry best practices and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and deliver custom developments, including workflows, OData services, and system integrations with platforms such as CRM and Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including process flows, configuration documents, and end-user guides.
• Coordinate and support data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
• Plan, design, and execute SAP testing activities by:
• Defining test strategies, plans, and detailed test scripts
• Coordinating and executing unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Managing defect tracking, resolution, and regression testing cycles
• Ensuring full test coverage across business scenarios and compliance with quality standards
• Provide functional support during go-live and post-implementation phases, including issue resolution and user training.
• Proactively recommend enhancements to SAP IS-U architecture, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global onsite–offshore delivery model (Netherlands–India).
• Extensive experience as an SAP Techno-Functional Consultant within the Utilities domain.
• Deep expertise in SAP IS-U (Industry Solution Utilities) with strong hands-on knowledge of ABAP development.
• Proven ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions through functional analysis, process mapping, and solution design.
• Strong experience in end-to-end SAP testing and quality assurance to ensure stable, high-quality system delivery.
